Training as a client at SPI on a regular basis is not geographically reasonable for most people, this is why our staff offers a first-time assessment/consultation for any training phase. Visits include movement assessments, technique coaching, athletic base and program design improvement/critiques. After your visit you may receive the following: detailed specific feedback, a suggestion on what steps we take moving forward, and in some cases comprehensive programming.
