Move Forward and Rise Above with Sports Performance Institute & Mid-West Catching Academy’s 9 Weekends of Pro-Level Detail catching instruction, high-performance training, and injury prevention! Train like the pros and get ready for next season or start learning the craft as a beginner! Max 16 total in HS session & 12 total for middle school catchers per division.

SESSIONS & GRADES

  • HS sessions start Nov. 4th at 11am go till 1:30pm
  • HS session ends Jan. 6th with showcase
  • Youth & MS Sessions start Dec. 30th
  • Youth & MS sessions will be 9am – 11am Dec. 30th & Jan. 6th
  • Jan. 13th youth will go 9am – 10:30am, MS will got 10:30am – 12:30pm
  • Catchers must have own gear
  • Dates: HS Sessions: Nov. 4th, 11th, 18th, Dec. 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Jan. 6th showcase

*In order for sessions to make, must have Minimums of 16 catchers for HS session, 12 for middle school and 12 for youth sessions

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

  • Beginning performance assessments per player, creating individual plan and retesting each block
  • Individual detailed assessment on all catching aspects for development during and after camp
  • Speed, agility, strength programming
  • Mental preparation

  • HS Sessions:

FINANCIAL DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • *We will promote/post/send your video to colleges of your choice, promote on all our social media platforms: SPI, MWCA & MFRA catchers showcase.*

  •  Deposit of $200.00 due on registration by clicking “Register Now”.

  •  Make payments by Venmo to (@mwca-1), by check made to “MWCA”, by credit card (includes a 3.75% fee)

  •  You can mail checks to: MWCA 2608 w. Kenosha st. Suite 433, broken arrow, ok. 74012

  • Payments are to be made in full by November 1st, 2022.

  •   (no refunds offered but can use for credits to SPI/MWCA lessons, memberships, training or towards other events.)
