Training indoors gives us a lot of insight into a catcher’s development process, but not everything. To SEE it all, ENTER THE CATCHERS MATRIX! The Catchers Matrix was developed by professional coaches of MWCA to help take a deeper look into the development of your catchers game.

With the Catchers Matrix, a certified MWCA instructor will show up un-announced to players’ games to collect video analysis and written information. Following the game, the MWCA instructor provides a written report to the player and critiques the video.

Reports and analyses are shown immediately following the game to provide prompt constructive criticism to help the player improve knowledge of the game and mechanical awareness.

Showing up un-announced gets the player conditioned so when it’s time for college coaches and professional scouts to attend games and watch them, they are better mentally prepared to handle their in-game performance. Recommended for ages 13 & up. Limited availability.
