one on one training

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

While most training at SPI is group training to accommodate for all the athletes we train, we also have some spaces available for individuals to train one-on-one with a staff member – all of whom have extensive experience in working with athletes. This service is only offered during quieter hours at the facility.
